The Chapel Studios development, located at 169 Chapel Road, Flat Bush, is a distinctive development that provides much needed affordable housing for the Auckland housing market. THE RESULT
Endorsement of this distinctive residential development model has been received from central government, with Housing New Zealand purchasing four similar developments in Auckland in 2017. The Chapel Studios Ltd development therefore offers an important “social housing” function by providing comfortable, affordable living environments that clearly have a place within the spectrum of accommodation types, particularly in high growth centres.
