The Haines Planning submission on the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan, on behalf of Summerset, became the adopted position of the Retirement Village Association and Ryman. Favourable zoning and facilitative Unitary Plan provisions were obtained for retirement villages at Hobsonville, Warkworth, Karaka and Ellerslie.
We have assisted Metlifecare, Aria Group and more recently Arvida with obtaining resource consents for retirement village developments in both the North and South Islands.
